Any registrations we make on behalf of our customers are subject to Nominet's Terms and Conditions.

As a Nominet Channel partner, we are required to provide the following information to our customers regarding registrations under the ccTLD, .uk.

1. We will respond to queries from our customer regarding .uk domain registrations within 3 business days.

2. Should you experience abuse relating to a .uk domain registration managed by DSNet Ltd, please contact [abuse] [at] dsnethosting.com

3. If you have a complaint regarding a .uk domain registration managed by DSNet Ltd please use the support information on the Contact Us tab above. Should you need to escalate such a complaint, please send a separate email to the support email address with 'NOMINET ESCALATION' in the subject line. You should expect a response to support emails within 3 business days.
